I enjoy working with teens, college students, and adults. I also specialize in working with other mental health professionals, including interns.

I have experience working in a variety of settings, including community mental health and domestic violence agencies.

“You can’t pour from an empty cup.”

In addition to being a therapist, I'm a mom, a friend, a sister, a daughter. I love my job and my life outside of my job. I actively practice my self-care, which is what makes me a strong therapist.

I use a relational approach and connect my human experience to yours. I uphold strong ethical and clinical boundaries, while also recognizing the human experience that makes us alike.

I enjoy traveling, going to concerts, running, taking care of my plant "babies," doing craft projects, and thrifting. I'm also a huge Disney Nerd! I collect vinyl records and love music; music can be so healing for our mental health!

I also find a lot of joy in "doing nothing" days—being "unproductive" can be productive! I love watching TV with a bowl of popcorn and a big fluffy blanket.
